Pre-participation Physical Exams and UIL Paperwork
All athletes are required to have YEARLY physicals prior to any participation, including try-outs and off-season workouts. They are also required to fill out the online paperwork before the start of participation.
COVID-19 Physical Update: If an 8th Grade athlete had a passing physical in the 2019-2020 school year and it is on file with CSISD you DO NOT have to have another physical for the 2020-2021 school year.
